Default Seats Stolen!

My 2003 S was parked at the Venetian Casino in Las Vegas Friday morning at 8:00 am and by 11:00 am the tan leather seats were gone! So now I am with a decision, OE or aftermarket. The Recaro Sport or Sport CS look reasonable for support and acceptable to get into the car.

Anyone have either of these seats that can provide information? Install problems, support, ease of entry, place to purchase?

Any help appreciated.

I can't stand theives. Atleast they didnt steal your S. I woke up one day and found my S stolen and found in less than 24 hours stripped. It was suppose to be in the bottom of a lake but when they pushed it down the lake it hit a tree on the way in.

Although, when I was replacing my top I removed my seats and I kept getting the SRS light. I googled a fix where they tell you to use a paper clip to jump the wires, but I just delt with the SRS light. Good luck and hope you have good insurance.

I'll always recommend Recaro Pole positions. ingress and egress is pretty simple and the seats are comfy af

Did you get them to check their security cameras to see if you could ID the thieves? Pretty much every large store has cameras in the parking lot and I'd bet a casino does.

Good luck

Unbelievable, I got my seats stolen the very next week on sunday the 4th from the paris casino garage! Parked at 12:30 a.m. cambe back at around 3:00 and my soft top was slashed and my ap1 all red seats gone. Hope u have good insurance like I did. I got a really good amount from my insurance (over 5K!) and was fortunate to find mint ap1 red seats along with full red interior for $1350 from AZ member cory. Great guy by the way. Now I have to decide wether to replace the soft top or go convertible. If your car has held its value they wont total it out and fix it or u can take the money like I did. Good Luck!
