Default Steering Wheel Help?

My Nardi/Personal Pole Position wheel finally came today after a 1month wait(never shop "Crowders Customizing").

But my issue is I have a NRG short hub SRK-131H. When I lay the parts out and put the wheel on the hub the holes dont align. When I turn the wheel to the left a tad the holes barely aligh but not 100%. Do I need a quick release also or does this hub not work with this wheel.

Also my wheel came with no bolts etc. Dont know if thats correct as I ordered brand new. I got the hub used off ebay. New to SW's and this really stumped me as I was ready after work to put this on the S. However any help would be greatly appreciated and I hope I dont have to change out the hub otherwise I lost $90 bucks. If I have to get a QR before I can mount it thats fine.

If you get a QR don't get the short version. It isn't compatable with the short hub.
