The sub gave me lots of rattles in the trunk. I removed the rear tray and that eliminated most of the rattles and hear the bass much better as well. Unfortunately road noise and drone from my exhaust increased as well.

Removing the rear tray doesn't affect the roll hoops or anything if that's what you mean.

oooops Moddiction. the rear tray is not the "rear firewall", its the panel in 4 pieces where the top lands on when its down. i dont have any rattles from that area because its all tidy and i mite just put some dynamat on spare side of the panel in case

sounds amazing!
SONY receiver CDX-GT630UI powering 2 sets of Kicker KS-6.5 components. one set in doors and one set behind the seats in pods. Kicker 200.2 amp powering the for now one 8 Kicker sub in secret compartment. i can attest the slogan for Kicker-"Livin-Loud"

you should make a DIY

has anyone put speakers behind the two seats aswell as in the doors?? i sure i read some had said they had

i currently in the process of redoing my sound system..thinking of putting in JBL two-way speakers aswell as tweeters in the doors , JBL AMP under the passenger seat and a Pioneer DEX-P99RS head unit with monster cable wiring

Im still undecided what to do regarding a sub, but i guess i would just have to put it in the boot
