Default Thinking of trying this...

I'm surprised I haven't seen anyone try this. But then again it's hard to find a pic of a CTR steering wheel in a S2000. The results always end up with a S2K wheel inside a civic. I loved my CTR wheel in my last car and wished I could of kept it but didn't have a spare when selling it.

It should fit the S and it's a single stage airbag as well (if your got an AP1). Possibly same diameter size...
Once I have enough funds, I believe this with some nice red seats and black/red door panels would look quite nice don't ya think?

Nope but it's your car. Do what you want with it. You don't need to poll.

I know it's my car, my taste. But it helps to hear other's input on it. I wasn't completely set on this wheel, I just wanna add some red to the steering wheel to go with the red seats and door panel. And to keep it oem as well.

Meh.... I don't like it. Looks like something out of a sedan and doesn't fit in with the "sporty" S2K look.

Could always just replace the factory horn button/centerpiece, or paint it yourself?

What year is your car? The dc5 type r wheel is a direct swap in for 00-03 and you can use the air bag. 04-05 can only use the wheel part but you have to use the s2000 air bag.
