We never planned this as part of our project. It just sorta' happened. We tried dying the trunk carpet black with Rit dye but it kept coming off on our hands. Probably due to using too much. eBay sells vinyl dirt cheap. For less than $75 we did all the work to the trunk
The sides and floor of the trunk are wrapped in Wallaby Soft Gray vinyl. This is really nice stuff
The vertical rack, amp rack, trunk liner and tool cover are wrapped in Sierra Black vinyl

I took the dremel to the stock rear strut bar and cleaned it up a little
This is when you know it's become too hot in Texas. Since we tossed the spare tire to make room for the amp rack and because the battery terminals now require an allen wrench, I needed to make some additions to the tool holder. I didn't want it bouncing around as it previously had. 1 dremel, some foam and a glue gun:
The tool chest now holds a can of fix-a-flat, air pressure gauge, screw driver with assorted screw tip bits, allen wrenches, battery terminal cleaner and jumper cables very securely.
The car has been apart 5 months. I know I've totally lost it
