water leak

I just bought my ap1 last week... this was the first rainfall and its leaking from both weather seals (front corner between the a pillar and convertable)... pretty good leaks to, nearly a steady stream and getting my seat wet... I searched and everyone seems to say get univeral, but these strips are huge and my local autopart stores just have small ones. is there a site that sells "factory" pre cut "perfect" size weather stripping? I couldn't find any...help needed please

there is some grease stuff that will help the weather strip keep its shape and seal. You could also consider tweaking the window a tiny bit.

Sounds like you can benefit from a few things. One would be purchasing soft top strikers from an AP2. yours are probably worn out and not pulling the top tight to the front seal anymore as they should. The AP2 strikers are beefed up and should last longer. Regular maintenance item really if you've had the car for a while.

Second is to get some Shin-etsu grease. Should be sold at either your local honda place or you can buy it online on sites like handaaccessories.com. Your seals should be treated with the grease at least once a year to keep the rubber soft and working properly.
