Considering what they allow in regular cigs, I doubt they could be any worse. You're better off not using either.

I have to laugh when people can't recognize an ashtry. Cars used to have ashtrays like they have cupholders now. Instead of lung cancer we'll all have diabetes and be morbidly obese from slurping down high fructose corn syrup like people before us inhaled cigs.
