Here is the latest weather update for Saturday. There is a cold front moving through this afternoon. The forecast for Saturday is for a 20% chance of rain, clearing possibly by afternoon, high temp of 50 with strong northernly winds. I may still be possible to do the drive that was planned, but it definately is not positive, nor too pleasant. I leave it too the group. Go or postpone. For you out-of-towners, I would think that it is too risky to plan on, but it's your choice.

If cold is the only problem count me in. I have to get out my ski gear for Sunday anyway If it is going to STAY wet then I'll have to pass. We will be watchin the radar in Big D.

If it means anything the Texas Road Trash postponed due to the weather, but then we don't have a top up option.

OK, Executive decision. I can't promise anything on the weather, but it is predicted to be wet at least until noon. Therefore, the ride is officially CANCELLED!!!! Sorry for any inconvenience, and I hope we can reschedule soon since we had a lot of interest. I would ask each of you to pass on this info so that we don't have people show up for a non-happening!

Why not just do lunch and then decide from there? I'd still love to meet everyone while I'm here, and I know that Randy is itching to take his S out and show off his clock!

I agree. I basically wanted to let the folks from Dallas or Houston to know that there are no guarantees, and it is pretty iffy. I'm sure that some folks, especially rowdy Randy may still want to meet for lunch and then if the weather starts to clear, go for a drive. I'm still willing, but did not want to inconvenience anyone. So, lunch at La Feria anyone?!

OK, so now we have two reds for lunch. Any wild silver, black, white, or Ole Yeller participants? Oh, and Wirejock, you don't have any plans now!
