Default !Date and Time for Denver Area Meet!

Hello everyone again, well the time has come and Chris (Tellmem3@aol.com) and I have decided to set a time and date for the big S2000 and E30 M3 meet.

There will be an autocross event that will take place on Saturday, June 30th. http://www.scca.org/amateur/solo2/regional_sch.html (Scroll down to Rocky Mountain Division). The event will take place at Coors Field Lot B. The event is FREE for all spectators. We fell that this will be a good starting place for the meet since everyone knows where Coors field is located.

Chris and I will not enter our cars in the event but for anyone that is interested in tracking their S2000's or M3's, the event starts at 8:00 I believe. Call the number that is listed for more information.

The last time I attended at an autocross event there was 1 yellow S2000 in the lot but I did not get a chance to meet the driver. If you are a member of this list please let me know. Hopefully someone will enter their S2000 or M3 so they can carry some of us as passengers. Then we can really see the potentials of these race inspired cars.

Depending on if anyone is racing we can then decide on a drive spot. For the people that met with Luder when he was in Colorado, maybe they can show us the routes they took. I am always open for the Lookout mountain road. There are great spots to take beautiful pictures with a gorgeous view. Not to mention a great drive up the mountain.

On www.s2000online.com there is a new group for Rocky Mountain owners to post. http://www.s2000online.com/forums/forumdis....php?forumid=44 I think this is a great board and visit it daily. I encourage everyone to stay posted with events discussions on that forum.

There is going to be an open track day @ Second Creek Raceway. http://www.s2000online.com/forums/showthre...hlight=Colorado We feel that this will be a great time to have everyone pre-meet to get acquainted and to meet everyone. We can plan on meeting @ 2:00 at Second Creek. And if there is not much going on, we can even take a drive that day. I know it is on very short notice but that post was just posted this past weekend.

I currently have a list of 14 owners and 2 pending attendees of S2000

Yup Luder cam over to my house before he left, although I did not get to go on the drive. My car is undergoing some MASSIVE head work to squeeze out every single HP/FT LB that this thing has hidden. Come on over and see it if you want, it is still torn appart.
