I think the second o2 also measures heat, not just clean air

There is no real rush. I would just like to see how it is actually done instead of just visualizing it.

Has anyone tried an electrical fix or am I going to be the pioneer. Just add a 1 M ohm resistor in the signal wire of the 02
Have you done this or about to do this? Please give more info if/when you do and how it works out.

We all know that a straight pipe in place of the cat does wonders for power pickup, Tanabe-san at Amuse even suggested to me to replace the cat to see even greater gains over just the exmani. My concern about the CEL, does it throw the car into any sort of limp mode or is it just an eyesore on the dash? If just an eyesore, I will live with it.

I have a 2007 S2000 with HKS Hi-Power exhaust. I would like to get the Berk Test Pipe or the T1R but I have heard that 07 will throw a CEL light.

Anyone have a fix for this problem, I am interested in putting a test pipe on my car.
Thanks
I have HKS Hi-Power with the Megan TP (no CEL fix). The nonfouler CEL fix really works.

Edit: The CEL put my car in a limp mode til I did the CEL fix. My car felt like a lawn mower. I tried to take off from a stop and it feels "slow". After I had the CEL taken care off, it went back to normal.

Its just an eyesore. I've done it before on other cars not the S. I'll give it a try though

I went 300 miles the first time before I got a CEL, 30 miles the second time.

I got the T1R testpipe with 2 sparkplug defoulers.
Im gonna try putting some of the charcoal stuff inside the cat in the defoulers to help fool the sensor. I would try steel wool but I heard it just melts and disinegrates.
