its not hard at all, i have 08 seats in my00 just swap the rails and the side brackets from your ap1 seats to the ap2 seats and your done.

there may be some sorta guide on here. you will have to undo some hog ring clips to get to the side brackets: basically once you've unbolted the lower half and removed the rails, you flip up the middle portion of the upper half of the seat and you'll see the hog rings that you have to remove in order to peel the leather back so that you can get to the side bracket bolts.
i hope you put those seats in there i wish i coulda got my hands on some all red 08's.

Its very simple. You only need to swap the passenger side rails. Driver's side bolts right up.

It will probably take you more time to remove your seats off your car than to swap the rails.

You might also need to swap the seatbelt buckles from your seats to the new seats. When I used AP1 seats in my 06, the belt buckles were different and would not latch properly.

No it will not. You have a 2002, correct? If so it will not go off.
