The AEM Infinity can throw diagnostic codes but it will NOT complete any Smog checks. Your options are to swap back to the OEM ECU for the testing or run the Hondata KPro.

You're in CT:

1) Go to a hot shop and pay the piper every couple of years to "pass" your emissions
2) Run KPro (Heard there's issues with this working now, can't confirm)
3) Swap back to OEM ECU and injectors and take the belt off of your blower
4) Register the car out of state

Only options.

Probably still needs to be able to read the OBDII port. Some shops go beyond just an OBDII scan here; they'll visual for cats, or bust your balls if it smells catless even.
