Default aem intake system dented

I recently received an AEM precisioned tuned intake system I ordered off off the internet. Upon unboxing I notice a dent on the end of one of the metal tubes. I want to know if it's ok to use before I have my mechanic install it.

It should be good to installed. As long as air doesn't bypass it. Im usually OC about buying new stuff and it being damaged. I would contact the seller and ask for an exchange.

Can you just return the intake. What's the point of damaged goods?
