Default Aftermarket Horn

Has anyone installed an aftermarket horn on their ride? I want a horn so loud that it will cause a driver (trying to run me over) to have a seizure...

I'm hoping the aftermarket one won't add too much weight...

Just get a nice air horn, one with a real compressor and you will be good.

Installed or rolling down the window and aiming it towards the vehicle?

No, like a train or semi truck horn. Although, a can air horn DOES work lol

Thanks for the link!

The day before I wrecked my Miata, I stuck a set of AC Delco horns my dad had laying around from a C3 Corvette. They were ridiculously nice. I'd recommend something from the muscle car era.

I too own a '00. I replaced the wimpy (3 amp) stock single horn with a pair of Hella Supertones in about 2002. I've been quite satisfied since. Not "train horn" loud, but much louder than stock.
