Default Aftermarket A-pillar

Hey,

I have purchased and installed (for quite a while) the SOS RHD A-pillar with 2 gauge holes and after driving the car and pulling out the gauge it seemed to be quite warm and thought it was down to the old heating running up the A-pillar instead of going out the usual spot and across the side window...

Just wandering if anyone has modified this pod (or similar) and if there are any DIY or pics to go with it... if not I might just attempt to somehow fit the OEM air redirector...

Cheers,

Nick

shut your mouth haha

not as simple as that is it, as the ducting on the OEM piece is screwed to the a-pillar plastic itself!?

Also don't want it to look like I have literally just hacked it away like a blind man!

well then just use a file after you cut the hole to make it nice and smooth and not cheaply done

I was going to install some little ribbons so it flickers so I know air is coming out of it, and install some lighting behind the grills so it looks mean...

Sell it and buy an autometer pod? Has the cutout already and a better color match. Sos looks grey.
