Default Forbidden FRP hardtop cracking

Hi all,

I bought an FRP Mugen style hardtop from Forbidden earlier this year and I’m having some issues. It’s been about two months since the top has been installed, and I’ve noticed some surface cracks around the driver’s side latch and it’s pretty concerning. I’ve contacted Forbidden about it and am still waiting on a reply. Could you guys tell me what you think? Is this fixable? If so, will I have to worry about it happening again? It seems to be doing it because that’s a flex point. Please let me know what you think!

Did the window hit it when you closed the door?

Absolutely not. I made sure not to let it hit before I closed it. I had looked up other videos before installing it and that was one of the key points before shutting the door.
