All Motor or Boost?
you will be lucky to hit 300hp na after 8 or more grand in mods and tuning and that is at leas that much at the very mini, thats if it last very long and it wouldnt be easy to drive stop light to stop light. boost is much much much easyer to get power and less expensive.
if you are going na you have to be balls deep otherwise piss off, bc you will never acheive your goal. asm i think is making just over 300 hp na but thats probably has over 50k r&d tuning etc in their motor.

Do neither. Spend your money on seat time at a local track with a good club and instructors. Go against the grain that is so stereotypical of teenagers with a some pocket change and an itch to "modify" hondas. Please.

Sell the S2K, buy a motorcycle. Get your speed thrills from that man, you'll save a lot of money this way.
Also, in Miami, where the hell are you going to be able to drive the car as fast as you want. You'll have to go out into the everglades to really try it out.

a good NA build will cost as much as a turbo kit, and a well built turbo build could cost 1.5-2x the cost of the turbo kit. there's probably other things in life that are more of a priority, but as a 16 year old, you probably don't think about them
