Couldnt say right now. The final size of the part will make a big difference in cost, if I close up the rear fender liner with the part it will require a lot more space for shipping and that will effect the overall cost of shipping, I would expect a pair to be somewhere between $75 and $125 with shipping.

I've done quite a few group buys in the past, my experience has been if 15 people sign up, only about 10 will follow through. But I think if there is more exposure to this thread and the price starts to drop below $300 a lot more people will want to jump on board in the last few days.
