what about the coastal metal splitter

valid point, but is the downforce one technically considered a splitter either??

I did not weight it when I put it on, but I can tell you it was not heavy. It is all aluminum with stainless hardware. I could probally drink 2 less glasses of water to make up for the added weight. I would say that it would be lighter than a fiberglass version and just as light as a carbon version, or lighter.

He is very open to suggestions if you think you have a fitment idea, but I think he states that one of the versions fit.

I would say it's debatable. It does extend further back than just the lip, however not as far back as, say, the APR...
