Is there a wheel/tire fitment guide anywhere in the forum...one that I apparently missed on my first go-through?

I'm looking for something in a spreadsheet format that has columns for:

wheel size | offset | tire size | spacer size

Its not exactly a spread sheet but this is the only one I know about that has most of the info in one place.
