well... what other appearance mods are done or are in the works? that would help determine things. if staying fairly stock with a drop, amuse. if going all out with a wing and other stuff, ASM with the lip.

I think I'm pretty settled on the Amuse. The $$$ for the ASM lip is definitely a good point and I'm not going too aggressive with the rest of the car. Just going to do the AP1 rear bumper with single outlet cap and exhaust, veilside trunk lip spoiler and mugen style top. I don't think the ASM would look quite as good unless I did the fenders with everything, meaning more $$$.
