just out of curiosity i wanted to know how many members here run their kitted s2k daily, and i mean daily thru snow, rain so on and so fourth like i do. i'm considering the shine amuse rep bumper, i i'm a bit weary of how tough it is

any words of wisdom?

 

i ran mine all year round in NY weather, paint gets chipped pretty quick, but then again Im a bit of a perfectionist, and the car is slammed. btw i have the shine rep, fitment is pretty good, much better than my Eauto rep i had before. Ive been talking with Ken from shine and we are trying to figure out how to make the bumper fit up to oem standards. Ive considered getting the authentic, however the flexibility of the shine is a nice plus for a daily.

 

oh wow thats nice to know, i guess with the paint that becomes a body shop issue with how they mix and lay down the paint as well as how much flex agent was mixed in.

how long have you had the bumper on. i live in CT so we suffer through simular seasonal pains
