Default Amuse R1000, all mods or bone?

I was just thinking, after reading about how loud it is from various people, would it be that loud if the s was bone stock? All the owners that I've spoken to have one thing in common, that's that their ride had several engine mods. So, is it still more of a pain than it's worth for daily driving in a otherwise factory s?

I want the Amuse mostly for power and ununiformity, everyone and their mom is rockin Greddy, Buddy Club or Invidia Turbo exhausts. I want to think outside of the box. Therefore the all blue R1000 would be dopeness... Fortunately, I do research before finding out the hard way that I will lose my hearing by the age of 25 if I'm running around with this exhaust apparently. I know I'm a n00b to this forum and all but, I could really use some experienced advice. Since no one here in Orlando apparently plays with the S. (yes, an overexaggeration)

Thanks!

Amuse also makes many exhaust with a resonator that bring the sound level down, yet still save huge amounts of weight and offer a great sound.

if you want gains and quietude, check the T1R-EM. it's very nice.

Single exhaust + NA S2000 = LOUD

I personally love Amuse, but I could never spend over $2,000 on exhaust. If you want Amuse for the power, just go with the T1R 70R non-resonated. It's loud as hell but so is the R1. If you want the look and the power, there are certain things you'll have to sacrifice.

I checked out that vid but, since I don't have a real scale to compare to I don't really know what the decibels feel like. By comparing I mean like 110 db is like a modified supra and 90 in the car is like an airplane. Know what I mean. I'm just saying that it was a guide but, for everyday life and what it sounds like inside the car it's hard to tell.

I was reading that thread that HvRRz made and apparently the T1R that you're talking about, I think, is the loudest you can buy. It's the only other that I'd consider at this point but, if it's louder than the Amuse then it defeats the purpose. I like the fact that it's so light weight though. The T1R looks really nice, I am in no rush so I'm just reading through.

I looked at the T1R-EM, I'm going to be honest and say I don't like the look of it at all but, you're right it'd be the best if I wanted quiet power.

Thanks for the help so far guys.
