Do you guys now of a company that makes an exact replica of the Amuse Vented Hood in carbon. The authentic one cost atleast $4400. there are some companies that make a similar style but the vent is in a different spot or looks completly different

 

That's why they call it "style." They can't copy it exactly otherwise they would get slapped w/ copyright infringement.

Under most jurisdictions a copyright is implied as soon as a work is 'completed.' The artist does not need to actually 'claim' a copyright.
