Careful on the Crank pulley, keep that stock since I believe it's balanced

The UR kit doesn't replace the crank pulley--just the accessory pulleys. I wouldn't replace your crank pulley with an aluminum one (you might mess up your engine that way).

after the comments above with regard to crank pulley having a certain 'desirable' weight to it, is swapping it such a good idea?

The stock crank pulley is heavy to help absorb the vibration from your motor (especially at high RPM). I was warned by several people not to replace this with a lighweight one because it would unbalance the engine that way and could cause problems.

I haven't been able to verify this though so do some research before replacing it.
