Default Any issues with relocating fuel filler to trunk?

Ok,, I'm having a complete re-paint done,, and smoothing the body some,, I'm thinking of relocating the fuel filler, neck, cap, hoses and all to inside the trunk,, to the right, and slightly below the left trunk hinge,, Seeing how it's a sealed system,, does anyone see any issues with gas fumes inside the car?... I've already modded, and fitted the one on this parts car I have,, Made a sturdy bracket to mount it,, and all that's really required is to shorted the metal tubes,, and rehook the rubber hoses to them,,, I also made sure to keep the orientation of the vent tubes correct,,, I can't see it being a problem,, but just thought I'd ask,, I need to know ASAP as I need to be able to tell the body shop wether to weld up the gas door or not,,, Thanks,,,

you don't want to do this.

my old car had a very small leak around the filling area. even where it was, i could still smell it in the compartment.

there have been reports of people passing out from fumes, leaked from the fuel system. i believe from carbon monoxide contanimation. the thing is, it's hard to tell when you're breathing toxic levels as the symptoms are not that severe--you just get drousy.
