Anyone know what lip this is?

Just saw this on Stancenation and have never seen it on any other S. Looks really clean and subtle... Anyone know who makes this lip??

lol theres a big difference between this lip and a splitter.

Almost looks like an AP2 lip cut in half. I'd like to see it painted though, it does look pretty good.
