the rubber ring in the stock pulley is there simply to smooth out engine pulses to the accessories, it has absolutely nothing to do with crank harmonics or any of that.

Your alternator or a/c compressor's life may be cut down by a little bit but thats it.

They all sell products to the public who use them in daily drivers, especially over in Japan. You think those tuner shops would knowingly put something out that's going to grenade their customer's engines?
Yes, because everything sold on the internet is really good

May I interest you in any of these fine products?

Tornado Fuel Saver

Magnet Fuel Saver

GForce Chips
Do Toda, ASM, or Spoon make any of those? I thought not.

Really? Do the crank pulses emit down the rubber serpentine belt to the accessories?

yes it does transmit pulses to the accessories.

Ever notice which cars honda put solid crank pulleys on? They are very common on cars with no PS or A/C.

I get type r swaps and single cam swaps from japan all the time with OEM solid crank pulleys.

The only time you need a true damper on a motor with a short 180deg crank is when you're making enough power at a high enough rpm to actually flex the crank.
