Default AP1 Bumper Holes

Hey everyone, so I currently have my bumper off putting in Rick's Smoked diffusers. I have always really wanted take out those plugs in the AP1 bumper on either side, I think they look cheap with that flat black plastic. Now that the bumper is off I see it is actually built in and was considering using a dremel to cut em out. Also noticed there are some tabs on the inside of the bumper which seem like a perfect mounting point for some dryer hose or something similar to route air somewhere useful. I would assume I am not the first to come up with this, what have people heard being done before? The passenger side I was thinking route it up towards my FIPK, any ideas for the driver side? Opinions? Pictures of AP1s that have done this?

Some people do route these hoses to their brakes and others have installed civic ek fog lights and others have routed their cold air kits too it

Anyone know of any pictures? I am curious what it would look like simply cutting them out and leaving it, not sure if it would look weird or if you would be able to see too much behind it

they look pretty cool with the fog lights, especially on a black car!

looks pretty clean with odyssey fog lights...otherwise I'd just leave them alone.

I cut them out on my AP2 bumper. Put powder coated mesh there, you can see my Fujita filter sits right behind there.
