Default ap1 cam in ap2? dyno graphs or evidence?

ok ive read up on and hear a lot of opions on whether ap1 cams in an ap2 motor is a good mod. but does anyone have any evidence or personal experience in this mod? i know the ap1 intake cams have a higher lift and obviously (to me) it makes since that it would make more power. but can anyone prove it?

I have it, but I have no proof that it did anything power wise. It might help hold the power a bit with a higher redline. The butt dyno said there was no noticeable power gain when I did the install. I could show you my dyno but it wouldnt really tell you anything.

you couldnt tell any loss or gain in power? i guess the difference in cam lift isnt a huge difference then.

ya, unless you get the cam for next to nothing and can do the install yourself i wouldnt suggest it. you could also prolly get more gains if you have adjustable cam gears, which I do not.
