Default AP1 Front Lip

I've been thinking over the winter about getting a front lip for my '03. I just can't see spending the money for an OEM one. My brother owns a body shop so the painting isn't an issue. Are there any decent ones on eBay? I've looked at quite a few on there but you really can't tell who sells a decent one or not. Are there any sellers on there that people have used and found to be good?

Thanks for the help.

I picked up an AP1 front lip from the seller "mac_tuning" on eHey. (you may want to just email him to ask if he still sells AP1 lips) Cost around $90.00 shipped and came crazy fast in like 2 days! I spent a great deal of time searching for a good quality lip- you're gonna want to make sure they ship it to you UNFOLDED. This should be a sweet deal for you since you've got your paint covered.

Thanks for the quick reply. Did you buy this recently? I first looked at Hardtopguys website but I'm not spending $360 or whatever it was. I know that's painted but I can get that done for free. I saw quite a few that shipped folded with instructions to lay them out in the sun. I definitely wasn't going that route.

I will check out the guy you recommended. Thanks again.

Check out the for sale section on here, never know you might find a good deal like i did.

Check the 'Best eBay Parts' thread. There's a list of reputable sellers there.

If you want an ebay lip get the one from BaysonR. He is known to have the best fitting lips.

After searching extensively I've come to that same conclusion. I searched on eBay but he doesn't have any listings right now. I noticed when you put his name in Google it comes up with his own dedicated web site. I'm assuming he's moving away from eBay and doing his own thing.
