seems like you could paint the lens from the inside to get that effect.

shouldnt it be red though? Looks white/amber.
Looks like a VW Passat tail light circle. Old model. Its doable.

^ That looks good.

Do you know if the brake light still uses the stock halogen for the center? I like the led ring on the brake light, but it would look nice if the ring and the center of the lens lit up.
