why would you want to put ap1 tail lights on an ap2?

the ap2 ones look so much more modern ..

 

idk why but i like the ap1 tails now thinkin about swaping

 

at least you'll make one ap1 owner happy

 

I actually just swapped my ap2 tails for some ap1s. I think they look 100x better now. The red on the blue is nice. Plus I wasn't a fan of led to begin with. Install was pretty easy. I did the swap with another member here in the mid a area. Wasn't hard at all. Just a little cutting with a sawzaw

 

"more modern" or not I think the AP2 lighting is HORRIBLY inelegant and can't wait to shed it from my newly purchased 05. I found this post because I was looking for the same info as the thread starter!

IMO, AP1 does look nicer than AP2 tails... until they are all lit up.

 

I got mint AP1's tails for sale...cheap!!
