i have an ap1 and im wondering if i should get the oem lip or go with the apr front bumper which is pretty much an ap2 bumper. cant decide which is nice and im wondering what everyone thinks. btw, they will both cost me the same ammount.

 

Personally i think theres fitment issues with aftermarket bumpers.

 

I used to think the same thing, until I started seeing some real JDM bumpers. If they are from a good company they usually fit good. If they are cheap, they look cheap.

The APR looks and fits great. I have seen one in person.

i did an ap2 with a lip on my ap1 made a big difference. imo. but i have since sold and am waiting on my aftermarket one to come in lol. but if your roads are crap what ever you choose make sure it isn't fiberglass as you will be fixing it a lot. get a poly bumper it will hold up better.

 

I agree. Trust me you would want the AP2. Later down the road you'll get tired of the aftermarke you'll sell it to get the AP2 again. It happened to me! I now have the AP2 and I am very satisfied.
