ap2 airbag on ap1?

can an ap2 airbag be made to work on an ap1? if so someone explain, thanks

they should be the exact same thing... i had a EP3 airbag in my car for a while... all the same wheel and mounting points

their not the same 06 and up is dual stage 05 and down is single but im trying to figure out if anyone knows how to convert

You can convert, you need to swap the actual explosive chagre module. It should plug right up after that, Im running one as we speak. If it sounds scary, its really not, it took me about 5 minutes to do.
