Default Ap2 complete drivetrain on Ap1

Hey guys I was wondering what all exactly comes with upgrading the drivetrain to ap2. What all would u guys recommend me replacing with ap2 parts. Any input in appreciated! I know of the rear diff, but what else really is there that would really make a significant difference? If u guys don't mind.

Really? So it's not that big of a difference huh? Besides engine and tranny. Just wondering. Cause I want to keep the ap1 engine and I already bought a ap2 tranny I was just wondering about the rear diff and whatever else.

Depends on how you drive and what your main purpose for the car is. I DD mine and do roll races all the time. I'm boost by gear. I never slam 1st to 2nd gear. Actually i hardly ever start in 2nd and if I do I usually short shift it into 3rd. I'm at 571rwhp and 400lbs of tq. I think i'm just lucky and everything is holding up. If your planning on doing dig races and such. You definitely need to upgrade your diff(fullblown or ford 8.8 is popular). As for the tranny people are going with the v160 supra tranny. So your looking at another 5-10k for a complete tranny and diff.

Holy Sh*t lol!!!! Damn bro I would pay you $$$ for a ride in that! Na man I just want 300-370 whp and tq could probably be around 230-280 or higher lol nothing serious and I STILL have not figured whether to go boost or all motor yet 0_o I been debating back and forth for 3 years now. I don't have the $$$ to go one way then go the other way. :/

Lol if those are your goals you have to go boost. No decision to be made.

Agreed.

Your only decision would be SC or turbo. That torque goal might be tough on SC though.

230 tq wouldn't be but 270+ you will be running a very small pulley to achieve.

Yeah true and I don't want to lose TOO much mph. But thanks I appreciate it. I will be looking into turbo kits as of now. Thinking about going with a haltech ecu. I hear nothing but great things about it? Do you guys know anyone running a haltech ecu?
