Default AP2 swapping with AP1

Well I am trading a friend my AP1 headlights, tail lights, center console, and leather console cover for carpet cover. Here is my question. I always see DIY for people who just have the main pieces but not the little stuff. Can we do simple trades to make them a simple bolt on process? I know the headlights will bolt right on I am more worried about the hazard switch on the ap2 and the tail lights wiring mainly but if you guys know anything I might need or need to give him please let me know.

The AP2 tail lights will take some effort to use...they are not bolt-in. Cutting is required. Do a search, there are some DIY instructions on s2ki.

I don't think so...the number of and size of the holes in the body are different. But I've never seen someone try to put ap1 tailslights on an ap2.

Also the ballast for the AP1 and AP2 are different and won't fit without some modification so you should swap the ballast along with the headlights to make everything easier.

It is not my place to tell someone elses business. But thanks for the input though

So as long as I get the Ballasts along with the headlights that should be a straight bolt on correct?

So everyone knows. AP1' tail lights do not fit AP2 bodys without modification.
