Can I use a Ap2v2 Timing chain cover on my ap1?

Hey Dom, I haven't seen that term used before. Do you mean oil pan ?, if so yes an ap2 oil pan will fit an ap1. Same thing with the baffle plate.

If you mean cylinder head cover only an 04-05 ap2 valvecover will fit an ap1.

 

i think he means valve cover...
00-05 s2000's use 2 cam sensors. 06+ uses only one. to use an ap2 valve cover on an ap1 you'll need one from an 04-05.

 

Wow, what was I thinking when I wrote that. I meant timing chain cover. I'm going to take a this spare cover and weld a oil return for my SC.

 

Lol, you would have been right if we were discussing motorcycle engines. But yeah the timing cover will work
