Default apexi neo

Ok guys I've searched and can't find this info. I have this wired in per the diagram supplied from Apexi. I wanted to know if I was supposed to wire in the vtm wire? If someone has a boomslang harness that would go over wires with me it would be great. Any one that has wired one of these in and would give me a couple minutes would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Anthony

i really don't like splicing wires, when i got the supercharger kit for my celica gts i got rid of the piggyback (emanage) and bought a standalone (apexi pfc) just so i wouldn't have to splice wires (wise or lazy, you decide)...
