Is the APR lip for ap2's functional?
Nope, its just for looks. The only OEM lip that is functional is the CR

That being said... I still think functionality of the APR lip is just theory anyway... LOL, while I like the look of the lip they did not do any wind tunnel testing or anything of that nature (too my knowledge, correct me if I am wrong). The only thing I have seen that states otherwise is a member saying he tracked his car with it, that to me is not proof

I doubt anyone has wind tunnel tested but, APR lip combined with a splitter will definitely add some downforce for you.
