Default ASM and Amuse

I have had my eye on the Amuse R1 Front Bumper for a while now but I'm pretty keen on the ASM front fenders. Does anyone know off hand if anyone has done this combination or if it would fit well at all?

Thanks

it would fit because if you were to purchase the ASM +25mm fenders it comes with a little piece you attach to pretty much any bumper to fill up the difference. The amuse R1 front bumper is approx the same height as the oem ap1 with lip so it would look too different in terms of ground clearance.

I was afraid of that

Dose anyone know of another set of fenders similar to the ASM set?

I really like that side cut out.

if you are talking about the normal ASM fenders, then you can use them with the amuse front. they include the lil extenders needed to work with oem non wide body bumpers.

I heard the fit and finish on Seibon parts is Hit and Miss, and when it is miss its quite harsh...

Any input on those?

I have an ASM front bumper w/Seibon fenders. Mine fit great but it took about 2 weeks of heating and shaping and working the fenders to get them to look right. In the end the fit is proabably better than OEM as they were molded to the bumper, then cut and finished seperately. I've heard of people who've had them fit great but I tend to wonder what some people consider 'great'.

Personally I'm not too happy w/the way most aftermarket parts fit initially but I prefer as near 'perfect' as I can get, some people are happy w/what they get.

It costs $$ to get parts that fit 'close' fitted correctly, it's all in what you want.

Check out Diez's car.He has the Amuse front bumper and some custom wide fenders with bumper extensions.
Your car front end would look the same just with fender vents.

From your response I take it you're not a fan of the tacky little fender bumper extention pieces
I don't like those either but the Seibon fenders look akward because don't have the depth of the ASM fenders.
I suggest sticking with ASM and just mold the little extenstions into the Amuse bumper prior to paint

I was thinking the samething. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to the condition of the body. So I wouldn't mind paying for quality. I just wish those parts wernt so exspensive. On to the engine build questions then!

Thanks for the input!
