Default ASM rear flare project

Hi, Guys:

Actually I just bought a brand new ASM rear fender flare,so I want to find out a reputable body shop to do it. Does any one have any recommendation? I think this project need to cut the rear fenders.

and here are some pictures that I searched online, and these are what I want. Also, you can PM the price for the whole job but without paint.

My location: South Pasadena 91030
