Default Axial flow short shifter

Installed the new Axial Flow short shifter today and WOW! I can shift with fingertips while my arm rests on the console! Have a little trouble getting into reverse at times though. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hey Emil! Does it just take getting used to or does it loosen up with use?

I was concerned about problems with the old one- main reason I didn't pull the trigger a few years back. I haven't experienced any noise or vibration with mine. Ran it pretty hard to redline many times today.

the reason I asked because a few years backs the axial did not have the rubber cushion around the shifter like oem. It caused a lot of vibrations during high speed shifting. So basicly, you are substituting one symptom for another

Sounds great! I never considered doing a short-shifter on this car being that the stocker is pretty short, but I've always wanted to test-drive an S with that mod.
