Default BB Intake Manifold and BB TB

As a side project i bought a spare IM and TB bored it out and bought a SOS BB TB

Some sizes

BEFORE
Stock IM Inlet 62.5mm
Stock TB Outlet 62.5mm
Stock TB Inlet 66mm

AFTER
Bored/Polished IM Manifold 64mm
SOS TB Outlet 64mm
SOS TB Inlet 70mm

You can see in the pictures the TB And IM mate perfectly flush

I have also painted the IM with Ceramic paint to help dissipate heat and Give under the hood a little more bling

I also polished and bored out the entire IM and Runners..

I dont have a flow bench to test any of this... But im sure this IM manifold setup is better then stock..

Realistically on my NA car I would hope to see 3-5 WHP .. But this is just wishful thinking

I would love to see a Dyno tune for this.. i just dont have the money for a base run then after i put this on to dyno again.. my car has been returned to stock for the moment.. i plan on putting all the boltons at once and getting that dynoed

I did all the work myself... it just takes a lone time to get everything nice and smooth

i would sell this IM + TB setup for 500 shipped plus your Stock IM and TB.. I used all new gaskets.. Its ready to bolt on and fits like OEM because it is only better...

NO CEL Worries and no problem passing Emissions.
