Thumbs down berk HFC

So i just installed my berk HFC...
i kind of got scared that i wasn't going to get it because i placed my order about 2 weeks ago and i never received an email with a tracking number ... well anyways it randomly showed up today and i installed it with no problems except on the stock cat there was no space between the header and the cat. with the berk hfc there is a small gap..

please any info would be nice, i'm just a little paranoid.

is there a ring shaped gasket in that joint? if so you are fine with a gap.

it might be stuck on your cat or header, it's a conical shape gasket. Like a giant Denny's onion ring.

now looking at the picture, it looks like it may be there. if it seals good, without any leaks, you're ok.

Ya, it round in shape with a beveled edge. Kinda ceramic type thing. I found this out the hard way when I installed mine
