Tires, yes. Single best modification and IMO should always be first.

Not sure I'd say suspension is an "entry level mod". It can be done wrong, stock suspension is pretty good with these cars - if not careful with aftermarket you COULD hurt handling.

 

Best entry level mod? Searching this forum for this exact question that has been asked 1000 times before.

 

Test pipe, exhaust and flashpro. Greats mods if you want to go boost later or stay NA. I wouldnt touch the intake or header until youre sure about which route you want to go.

 

Remove airbox lid..

 

According to Billman, removing the airbox lid reduces HP. If I'm not mistaken I think he said 12-15hp? My S came without the lid. Once I read that from Billman, I bought a lid ASAP.

Incredibly healthy stock cars dyno at like 210whp - you aren't gaining 20whp from a test pipe and a generic tune....
