Default Best Handling Mods

I've recently started going lapping and discovered that I like it a lot.

I've been looking at handling mods and noticed that there's not a lot of info related to other handling mods. It's normal since tires and coilovers are probably the best upgrades you can do. However, I want to know other handling mods that can help the S2000 handle ever tighter on the track without going all out or overbored.

My Goal with the S2K is to have it as much balanced and neutral as possible.

Cracker, sorry if i'm unclear. There's a lot of parts available (Xbrace, strut brace, balljoints, etc..)

What I want to know is what are the "best" handling upgrades or "must have" if you have a stock S2000. Im not talking about coilovers and tires.

Ex: I recently installed a cusco 6pt rollcage and I noticed better handling and rigidity.

Yea I was about to say, you are gonna get 10 post that say "driver mod" or some form of it for every 1 product post you get. For example, I like my Espelir springs, but you said no tires or coilovers, which in themselves are probably the 2 most important upgrades (if we aren't counting pads/lines/fluid) for the twisties.

Past coilovers and tires, some like a nicer front sway (whiteline).

STBs are useless in our cars.

X-brace is good for DD and uneven roads

Rollcage for safety/rigidity, but the Cusco/Safety21 isn't SCCA legal

I don't really understand where you're going with this thread.. Are you talking about after coilovers and tires? And in my opinion, sway bars are very last after you're done tuning the rest of your suspension aspects.

I believe he's wanting to know what he should upgrade after tires and coilovers, and what will make the biggest impact on driving. Such as, swaybars, steering rack bushings, diff mounts, motor mounts, control arms, other braces etc.

Yeah I am kinda confused as to what you're looking for. Are you saying you AREN'T going to get springs/coils and tires and you want other alternatives to handle well, or that you already have/are getting them?
