sup guys looking for a short shifter not interested the C's. what other ones do you suggest and how stiff are they? any suggestions will help thanks!

stock shifter is perfect, why mess with a good thing. just get a counter sunk shift knob

 

really, if the stock shifter is to long you need an arm-lengthening surgery done,

I would feel terribly uncomfortable with a shorter shift

 

Best short shift kit = countersunk shift knob.

If you are looking for a 1" or less reduction in throw then you cant beat a VooDoo knob from Rick's!

axialflow is the only short shifter other than C's. i had the Voodoo and then had the axialflow and i like the feel of the axial flow MUCH better. the axial flow with the stock knob is great and if you want it even shorter put a countersunk knob on there. but it might buzz depending on what knob you use. but imo the feel of the shift makes up for it.

 

^ I agree Axialflow ftw. I let my friend drive my s before and after the axialflow without telling him and now he can't stop talking about how awesome the shifting feels. Btw he wants an S2k and part of the reason is because of the shifter.

thanks guys i already have the ricks voodoo on it. (flat black ball). i love that but i just want it a bit short and to sit a bit lower as well. i guess i'll try it out.

any other discriptions would be great. thanks!
