Default Best suspension

Okay so i have no idea which suspension to go with. Tein seems to be quite popular. The main issue is i plan to put rims on the car soon so i need somthing that has adjustable ride height. Tein coilovers seem kick ace. The suspension i believe has not been changed since the car was purchased (over 125k). So definately want to upgrade. just need some pointers.

best for what?

street? track? mountain?

without a good definition of the problem there's hardly anything to comment on.

I think Tein rides soft for a coilover (or maybe soft as in its comfortably sustainable)

Compare springrates...that could help you some.
