I have no direct experience with the 2 TPs in the S, but from my miata experience which is very similar, a resonated TP was proven to make significant enough torque compare to a straight-thru' TP to make a very noticeable different.
So your saying you believe the resonated one is better than the un resonated?? That would be intersting thats the only thing that really worries me with the megan..

I have a Spoon, no CEL. with an electronic gimmick to fool the ECU. It has been on my car for about two years As for HP 16 is wishful thinking it's more like 5 Hp. every little bit helps

Ive had a megan now for 6 months, sounds great with the Fuji. I like the resonated sound. No cel either. 5hp, your lucky if you get 2 to 3 from a test pipe. What you do gain is a reduction in weight, the test pipe weigh's so much less than the stock cat!

So would Berk or T1R be the best test pipe to get for more power? Or do they both produce about the same? Also, can both these test pipes, or any other test pipes be used with 2.75,3 etc. piping? These are universal with any inch piping? I was thinking of getting a custom single 2.75 inch piping with Apexi N1 muffler which has a 3 inch inlet with test pipe. Can this still be done even though my muffler has a 3 inch inlet? I heard 3 inch piping is mainly for turbo cars and my S2K is N/A. Is this true? Is my stock piping currently 2.5 inch?
